Four strategies

Narrow by design. Deep where it counts.

Every strategy we manage sits in one of four areas. Each is run in a dedicated alternative investment fund or a ring-fenced compartment, with its own investment policy, valuation approach and reporting cycle — never blended into a single pool.

Strategies are made available to professional investors only. Fund-specific terms, risks, fees and eligibility are set out solely in the constitutional and offering documents of the relevant fund.

01Private credit

Trade finance financing

Short-duration, self-liquidating exposure to real trade flows: receivables and invoice financing, supply-chain and purchase-order finance, and commodity flows with defined obligors, documentation and insurance. Cash generated by the underlying transaction, not by a refinancing assumption.

  • Supply chain
  • Commodity flows
  • Credit insurance

02Real assets

EU real estate projects

Project-level equity and structured participations in real estate within the European Union — residential and mixed-use development, repositioning, and income assets in markets our team knows: Slovenia, the Adriatic region, Central Europe and DACH. One SPV per project, one investor line of sight.

03Growth equity

Technology serving fintech

Companies that sell into regulated finance rather than compete with it: onboarding and KYC automation, transaction monitoring and risk intelligence, core ledger and wallet infrastructure, treasury and reconciliation tooling. We assess them as a customer would, because inside the group we are one.

  • RegTech
  • Core infrastructure
  • Risk & monitoring
  • B2B SaaS

04Infrastructure

Compliant payment platforms

Payment and settlement platforms riding new technology while staying inside the rules: instant and account-to-account rails, e-money and wallet programmes, stablecoin-adjacent settlement with an audit trail. Fast and easy to use is a product requirement; compliant is the entry ticket.

  • Instant rails
  • E-money
  • Embedded payments

What the four have in common

One discipline applied four ways.

Ring-fenced by strategy

A dedicated fund or compartment per strategy and, where appropriate, per project — so one exposure cannot contaminate another.

Written policy first

Eligibility criteria, concentration limits and leverage are agreed and documented before capital is called, then monitored against.

Independent valuation input

Valuation policy set at launch with external input where the asset class requires it, and a NAV cycle investors can plan around.

Reporting you can audit

Position-level reporting on an agreed cycle, annual audited accounts, and regulatory reporting to the ATVP.

Which of the four is closest to what you are trying to do?
