BLK Finance d.o.o., Železna cesta 18, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, is entered in the register of alternative investment fund managers maintained by the Securities Market Agency of the Republic of Slovenia (Agencija za trg vrednostnih papirjev, ATVP) under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (Zakon o upravljavcih alternativnih investicijskih skladov, ZUAIS), which transposes Directive 2011/61/EU (AIFMD) into Slovenian law.
BLK Finance operates as a registered (sub-threshold) manager. Registration is not authorisation: a registered AIFM does not benefit from the AIFMD marketing passport, and does not provide investment services under MiFID II such as discretionary portfolio management of individual client accounts or investment advice.
BLK Finance is a member of BLK Group. Brands within BLK Group are operated by separate legal entities. Regulated services other than the management of alternative investment funds are provided only by the licensed entity concerned, under its own licence and terms, and the contracting entity and its regulatory status are disclosed to every client before onboarding.
